Two Farley residents are now facing charges after the search of a storage unit and home on Paducah's Southside uncovered drugs, a still, and guns.

Authorities searched a storage facility off Wayne Sullivan Drive belonging to 42-year-old Dusty Rodgers and allegedly found moonshine, a still, and crystal methamphetamine. The discovery led them to get a warrant to search Rodgers' home as well.

At the home on Happy Hollow Drive, deputies reportedly located over a pound of crystal methamphetamine packaged to sell, along with anabolic steroids, several guns, and a cache of ammunition. Deputies said some of the illegal items were in areas a child that lives at the home could reach.

Dusty Rodgers was in the home at the time of the search as well as 32-year-old Kristin Rodgers. Both were arrested and taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Dusty Rodgers is a convicted felon and is not legally allowed to possess a firearm and his previous trafficking conviction enhances the charges in this case. He was charged with firearm-enhanced trafficking in methamphetamine and anabolic steroids, possession of a firearm and a handgun by a convicted felon, and wanton endangerment.

Kristin Rodgers was charged with firearm-enhanced possession of methamphetamine and wanton endangerment.
