A woman from Princeton is facing trespassing charges after an incident Friday afternoon.

According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, the assistant manager of a business off KY 293 reported a suspicious vehicle driving around the property.

A deputy came and ran the license plate. The driver was identified as 32-year-old Emily Tucker.

The deputy learned Tucker had been to the property two previous times when it was closed and stole scrap metal, which she later sold.

Tucker was charged with criminal trespassing and unlawful taking.
