One man was arrested and another is still at large after Princeton police found a half-million dollars worth of drugs and cash at a local residence.

Princeton Police told WPKY they assisted state Probation and Parole officers with a tip that drugs were being sold at a residence on Citizens Court. One of the suspects, 21-year old Juan Rosales, was interviewed at the Probation and Parole Office and consented to a search of the residence.

While conducting surveillance, officers saw a vehicle pull up to the home and a man exit the residence carrying a large box that officers later found contained approximately 30 pounds of processed marijuana. When confronted by officers, 22-year old Jameer Riley of Princeton reportedly ran.

Inside the residence, police allegedly found marijuana, mushroom edibles, and marijuana vaping cartridges with a street value of $500,000. Along with the drugs, officers reportedly seized over $68,000 in cash and two firearms.

Rosales was taken into custody on charges including trafficking in marijuana and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Riley is still at large. Anyone with information of his whereabouts is asked to call the Princeton Police Department.
