According to court documents and evidence presented at trial in October of 2024, 44-year-old Micah Gray sold quantities of methamphetamine on three occasions during a two-day period from August 26th to 27th, 2021.
Additionally, on August 27, 2021, investigators searched Gray’s apartment and located approximately one and one-half pounds of methamphetamine and items related to methamphetamine distribution.
There is no parole in the federal system.
