Princeton man accused of killing his wife to make court appearance today

A Princeton man accused of killing his wife on Sunday will appear for arraignment in Caldwell District Court on  Wednesday.

Forty-two-year-old Byron Black is charged with the murder of 42-year-old Kelly Black, who was found with a gunshot wound to the head at a Center Street residence.

Investigators also learned Byron Black had taken his five-year-old daughter Lela.  The girl was found safe Monday after an AMBER alert was issued.

Byron Black is being held on a $1 million bond in the Caldwell County Jail.
