Paducah man jailed after spotted trespassing at local business

A Paducah man was arrested Tuesday after being caught trespassing at a local business.

Paducah Police said 20-year-old Normie I. Vega was apprehended after the owner of the business called saying he saw Vega on security video.

Officers deployed a drone into the air and was able to locate Vega on the property. Vega was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. 

Vega was arrested on charges of criminal tresspass and fleeing or evading police.  He also had an active warrant for failure to appear on previous burglary charges and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer.
