Paducah man sentenced to 40 years for multiple sex crimes

A Paducah man was sentenced to 40 years in prison for multiple sex crimes.

The Paducah Police Department posted that Ray Allen was sentenced to 40 years in prison with a guilty verdict after a three-day trial.

On November 4, a jury found Allen guilty of several charges including multiple counts of rape and sodomy. They said some of the offenses happened when the victim was younger than 12 years old.

The case began in 2023 with the Paducah Police Department and the McCracken County Commonwealth’s Attorney Office.
