Paducah man sentenced to 11 years for meth distribution

A Paducah man will spend time in prison after his sentencing Wednesday related to a meth distribution scheme.

Thirty-one-year-old Billy J. Burns was sentenced to 11 years and 8 months behind bars, with a five-year term of supervised release to follow.

Authorities said the sentencing comes after his conviction on charges of possessing 500 grams of a methamphetamine mixture with the intent to distrubite it.
