Paducah man jailed on Kenton County rape charges

A Paducah man was arrested Tuesday on a Kenton County warrant charging him with several sexual offenses.

Paducah Police said 39-year-old Justin R. Simpson is charged with incest, rape, unlawful transaction with a minor and sexual abuse.

With the assistance of the Flock Safety Camera System, authorities used Simpson's vehicle information to track him and his movements to the 700 block of Kentucky Avenue in Paducah, where he was taken into custody.

Simpson was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
