A Paducah man ended up in jail after allegedly running from police along I-24 in Christian County on Wednesday night.

WKDZ reports that Christian County Sheriff's deputies tried to stop a motorcycle ridden by 21-year-old William Miller of Paducah, because it did not have taillights. Reportedly, Miller ran reaching speeds of 96 mph.

Miller tried to use an emergency turnaround near the 78-mile marker but crashed. He was arrested and charged with fleeing and evading police, speeding, having a canceled license plate, having no insurance, traffic violations, and he was in possession of THC vape pens.
