A Paducah man was arrested Wednesday after his motorcycle was pulled over for traffic violations.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said when deputies approached 34-year-old Richard Martin, he started the motorcycle and tried to take off. He was removed from the bike, but continued to resist the deputy and a passerby who stopped and assisted deputies to gain control of Martin.
Martin's charges included resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, no motorcycle license and reckless driving.
