Paducah Water to close portion of city streets next week

Paducah Water will be closing South 28th Street at the intersection with South 24th Street and Marquess Drive beginning Tuesday at 7 a.m.

The closure may last until the afternoon of Thursday, November 7.

Local access to residents will be maintained; however, through traffic will be required to find an alternate route.

This work is to install a new watermain crossing as part of the South 24th Street Watermain Replacement Project.
