One person injured in Benton Road accident

A local man was treated for injuries following a Sunday morning traffic accident.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said the accident occured in the 4700 block of Benton Road when a vehicle operated by Jack Campbell was inbound and exited the right side of the roadway and hit a utility pole.

Campbell was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
