Near head-on collision in Graves County brings charges, sends two to the hospital 

A near head-on collision in Graves County, on Thursday, resulted in pending charges for one person. 

The crash occurred along Mountain Ridge Road just after 5:30 p.m. Thursday when vehicles driven by 25-year-old Odalis Lucero Sixtos of Hickory and 25-year-old Ally McClanahan of Hickory collided as they crested a hill. Deputies with the Graves County Sheriff's Office indicated that the visibility beyond the top of the hill was limited and could have been a contributing factor.

Sixtos and a juvenile in his vehicle were taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment. Charges are pending against Sixtos. He is accused of driving without a license and child restraint violations. 

Deputies said that the investigation is continuing.
