Murray woman jailed on theft charges

A Murray woman was arrested Tuesday night at her residence following a theft investigation.

The Calloway County Sheriff's Department said 45-year-old Carol E. Lee is accused of taking a vehicle from a Loon Lane residence in February to be scrapped without permission of the owner.

Lee is lodged in the Calloway County Detention Center.
