Murray woman accused of selling drugs at the drive-thru

A Murray woman has been arrested and charged with selling drugs through the drive-thru while on the job.

Deputies with the Calloway County Sheriff's Office have been investigating reports of the illegal drug sales for several months with the help of Murray State Police. During surveillance of the business on North 12th Street in Murray, detectives witnessed several transactions allegedly involving 52-year-old Mary K. Harness of Murray. 

The detectives arrested Harness and charged her with trafficking in methamphetamine. They confiscated nearly 20 grams of crystal methamphetamine plus digital scales, baggies, and other items used in trafficking.

According to the Calloway County Sheriff's Office, Harness was convicted of trafficking in meth in 2021.
