Murray man facing rape charge

A Murray man has been charged with rape following an investigation into a sexual assualt.

Murray Police said they arrested 39-year-old Dustin Owen following their investigation. Owen was charged with one count of rape and one count of custodial interference. 

Kentucky State Police and the Murray State University Police were said to have assisted in the case.
