A multi-agency undercover drug investigation in Graves County led to the arrest of a Mayfield pair on Friday.
Deputies said they stopped a vehicle on Cole Road after the driver, 40-year-old Timothy Brown, and passenger, 46-year-old Tracy Cope, had allegedly sold about 43 grams of crystal methamphetamine at a business off East Broadway.
A search of the vehicle reportedly uncovered meth, marijuana, and cash believed to be the proceeds of illegal drug sales. Authorities also seized their vehicle.
Deputies said Brown had a previous felony conviction for selling methamphetamine.
Both Brown and Cope were charged with trafficking in meth and possession of marijuana. Cope was additionally charged with tampering with physical evidence.
They were taken to the Marshall and Calloway County jails.
