Motorcycle collision near Talon Falls sends rider to Nashville hospital

A motorcyclist had to be airlifted to the hospital Saturday night following a collision near Talon Falls Scream Park.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said 43-year-old Jason Stover of Clarkton MO, had pulled onto KY-849 when a motorcycle operated by 26-year-old Nathaniel Purcell of Melber, was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed and struck the rear of the vehicle. Purcell was not wearing a helmet and was ejected from the motorcycle.

Purcell was transported to Skyline Medical in Nashville. Passengers of Stover's vehicle were not injured.
