Morris appointed as District 1 rep to Ballard Board of Education

The Ballard County Board of Education voted at a special called meeting last Wednesday to appoint Kim Morris to the District 1 seat. 

The position became open on May 31, with the resignation of long-time board member Karen Hensley. Morris’ term will expire on Dec. 31, after which an election to fill the seat will be held in November.

Morris said she is very passionate about Ballard County and looking forward to this amazing opportunity to serve her school district and community.
