During his Team Kentucky update Gov. Andy Beshear announced more than $580,000 was awarded to three western KInetucky counties for tornado recovery.

The three county Fiscal Courts receiving West Kentucky State Aid Funding for Emergencies are Caldwell with $500,000, Lyon with $36,000 and Marshall with $50,000.

The funding announced today will accommodate the local share for FEMA-eligible expenses and will help cover the costs of some non-FEMA eligible storm debris removal.
