Mayfield man jailed following traffic stop

A traffic accident Wednesday afternoon leads to the arrest of a Mayfield man.

Mayfield Police said the accident occurred in the area of West Broadway and Parkway Drive.  When officers arrived, they spoke with 25-year-old Noel Bartolo, who was one of the operators of the vehicles involved.

It was found that Bartolo was operating on a suspended driver’s license stemming from a prior conviction for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and no operator's insurance.

Bartolo was taken to the Graves County Restrictive Custody Center.
