Man arrested on variety of charges after weekend assault incident

A man was arrested early Sunday morning following a complaint received by the Crittenden County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators were called to Dam 50 Riverview Park where it was learned a femaie was being held against her will and Davie Julian Rodriguez was found with a 9mm handgun and had other weapons in his possession along with multiple high capacity magazines and multiple drug items including marijuana and fentanyl.

Rodriguez was also found to have a lengthy criminal history out of Florida.  He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
