Man arrested after being found in basement of Marshall County residence

A man was arrested Monday night in Marshall County after being found in the basement of a Marshall County home.

Deputies from the Marshall County Sheriff's Office and Benton Police responded to a home on Minter Lane after receiving a 911 call from a female juvenile who was home alone and discovered the suspect in the home.

When authorities arrived on scene they located 29 year old Lozie D Boddie III hiding in the basement of the residence. Boddie was taken into custody quickly without incident. He was charged with burglary and lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
