Lyon County woman served with indictment

A Lyon County woman, already jailed on an indictment of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, was served with another count of the same charge on Sunday.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office said 36-year-old Amanda K. Overbaugh of Kuttawa is again charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.  Overbaugh was already being held in the Crittenden County Detention Center on a similiar charge.

Overbaugh is scheduled to make a court appearance next month.
