Livingston County Schools break ground on new board of education building

Livingston County Schools has broken ground on a new board of education building.

The new building is being constructed on Cutoff Road near the South Livingston Elementary Campus.

On Monday, many of the board office staff, board members, administrators, and former superintendents celebrated the moment with a ground breaking ceremony. 

The school system said on Facebook, "it’s not everyday we have the joy and privilege to break ground on new construction in our school district."

They added this office complex and meeting space will be a huge asset to the community.
