A Ledbetter man was arrested on Tuesday morning after being found passed out behind the wheel.
Livingston County Sheriff’s deputies spotted an SUV stopped at the intersection of Blankenship Road and Riverview Drive at about 5:30 a.m. Tuesday. The driver, later identified as 46-year-old Michael Kepner of Ledbetter, was reportedly passed out in the driver’s seat. Deputies believed that Kepner was under the influence of some kind of impairing substance. He was arrested and booked into the McCracken County Regional Jail.
Kepner was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, bribery of a public servant, no registration, and no insurance.
