Lane restrictions on US 60 in western McCracken County are in place for about two weeks.
For the next two weeks, traffic in both directions will be reduced to one lane east of Kevil between Hobbs Road and Queensway Drive. Crews will be working in the left-hand (or passing) lanes to build a crossover that will allow traffic to shift during upcoming phases of the US 60 realignment project.
The lane restrictions are expected to be in place until about Sept. 10, when traffic will begin utilizing the new crossover and diversion.
