Kuttawa woman jailed on eavesdropping charges

A Kuttawa woman was arrested last Thursday following an investigation conducted by the Lyon County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators said 64 year old Susan M. Fox was charged with two counts of eavesdropping and one count of possession of an eavesdropping device.

The investigation began earlier in the week as the sheriff's office received complaints from the Cooperative Extension Office in Eddyville.

The investigation is continuing, and additional evidence has been seized which may result in additional felony charges in the coming weeks. Fox was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center.
