KY 1943 reopened at at Crab Creek Bridge in Lyon County

 A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has reopened a section of KY 1943 in northern Lyon County.

It had been closed at the 2 mile marker since July to allow the construction of a new bridge over Crab Creek about 1/2 mile west of the KY 373 intersection.

The project was completed more than a month ahead of schedule.
