Kentucky State Police at Madisonville said Friday they are searching for a missing Webster County man.

They are asking for the public's help in locating 32-year-old Bobby Wayne Sample due to his involvement in a 911 incident that occured November 19th.  

Webster County Central Dispatch 911 was contacted to report someone was involved in a UTV accident and was pinned underneath it, causing an emergency response from over 20 agencies from surrounding counties. Emergency equipment was utilized in the attempt to locate the caller, over a 24-hour period. Sample is currently wanted by the agency for issuing a false report that generated an emergency response.

He is described as a white male, 5-10 in height and weighing 175 pounds,  Sample has brown hair and blue eyes and has known ties to Webster, Hopkins, Crittenden, Caldwell, Henderson, and McLean counties.

Anyone with infomation is asked to call Kentucky State Police at Madisonville or your nearest local law enforcement agency.
