Murray State University concluded interviews Thursday for the position of Provost at the school.

The Murray Ledger and Times reported the fourt finalists are:   Dr. Kimberly Paddock-O'Reilly,currently vice president of academic affaits at Chadron State University in Nebraska, whiere MSU president Dr. Ron Patterson was before coming to Murray.

The others are Dr. Laurie Couch, current provost and senior vice president of academic affairs at Salisbury University in Maryland, Dr. Rose Marie Ward, special consultant to the provost and a professor of psychology at the University of Cincinnati, as well as the vice provost and dean of the graduate college and Dr. Alaric Williams, who serves as assistant vice president for academic affairs at Minot State University.

The four are seeking to replace Dr. Tim Todd, who stepped down from the position November 1st.  However, Todd has filed a lawsuit against the university for breach of contract.
