Homeless Mayfield man arrested in violation of sex offender registry

An investigation into an assault in Mayfield landed a homeless man behind bars on numerous charges.

Officers spoke with 39-year-old Aaron Warren after reports of an assault. Warren was reportedly found to be in violation of the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry and was arrested.

He was charged with failure to comply and taken to the Graves County jail for transport to McCracken County.
