Jenny Hines has won her bid for 2nd Judicial District Judge.
Hines defeated James Mills with 55 percent of the vote to serve out the unexpired term of Chris Hollowell. Hines, a partner and attorney with Boehl, Stopher, and Graves also served as an attorney with the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
Mills, a former First Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney and a teacher of criminal justice at WKCTC, had been serving on an interim basis in that seat on the bench, appointed by Governor Beshear.
