Two members of Western Kentucky's State House delegation delivered a check from the Kentucky Moose Lodge of Paducah to the governor for tornado relief.

Representative Richard Heath of Mayfield and Representative Randy Bridges of Paducah met with Governor Andy Beshear on behalf of the Kentucky Moose Lodge of Paducah. The lodge raised $110,144 for the relief effort.

Bridges said, “I am honored to present this check. The funds will be used in the recovery of our distressed region of the state.”

Heath added, "There is not one single person here whose life is the same after the tornado. A huge part of our relief efforts are alleviating the difficulties that our Western Kentucky families are facing. Our people are strong, they are resilient, and they will find strength in their faith and the values that built this community.”

Both Bridges and Heath offered thanks to the Kentucky Moose Lodge of Paducah for their generosity.
