Hazel man jailed on indictment warrant

A Hazel man was arrested Thursday on an indictment warrant issued this month by the Calloway County Grand Jury.

The Calloway County Sheriff's Office said 50-year-old Aaron Beard was out on bond after his indictment in January of this year for multiple drug offenses including trafficking in methamphetamine.

Those charges are still being adjudicated.  Beard was lodged in the Calloway County Detention Center.
