A Hazel man crashed his vehicle into a Calloway County Sheriff’s cruiser while trying to flee from police.

Deputies were called at about 8 p.m. Monday to check out what was described as a suspicious vehicle along Enoch Drive. When deputies got into the area, they spotted the vehicle. The driver, 32-year-old Bradley Frost of Hazel, saw the deputies and turned into a driveway and refused to stop as they turned on their lights and sirens. Frost reportedly turned his vehicle around and crashed into the front of one of the cruisers before ultimately being stopped and arrested.

Frost was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, fleeing or evading police, criminal mischief, and several traffic violations. He was taken to the Calloway County Detention Center.
