Hardin City Hall is limiting access to citizens temporarily after what has been described as bad behavior directed at city staff.

In a post on Saturday, Hardin Mayor Hank Rogalinski said that the doors to the office would be locked until they could improve security. The Mayor told West Kentucky Star that an upset individual cursed at him and the staff inside City Hall. He mentioned, as a reminder, that the staff are following the regulations set forth by the city fathers. Rogalinski said they would work with citizens who have business with the city.

As far as the next steps, Rogalinski said he would be speaking with the Marshall County Attorney to decide what could be done legally regarding the individual and security.
