A Graves County man is facing additional drug charges after deputies serve arrest warrants in Clear Springs.
Graves County Sheriff's deputies went to the 46-year-old Timothy Ezell to execute the outstanding warrants for his arrest early Wednesday morning. They entered the home and determined that Ezell had locked himself in the bathroom. He did, however, come out when called by deputies. Ezell was compliant while being arrested.
Ezell and the home were searched and deputies reportedly found methamphetamine and a glass pipe used to smoke it. The pipe is said to have had residue from meth inside.
Ezell was being sought for failure to comply in a case out of Lyon County and a failure to appear from Marshall County. He has been additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, along with tampering with physical evidence.
