A Clinton man was arrested on DUI and drug charges following a traffic stop in Graves County.
The Graves County Sheriff's Office said a deputy stopped a vehicle Saturday night on Paris Road after observing the vehicle commit traffic offenses on KY 303 just south of Mayfield.
The deputy said the driver of the vehicle, 43-year-old Mason Courtney, was operating while under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI.
Deputies then allegedly found two clear baggies containing methamphetamine, one of which Courtney reportedly tried to discard.
Courtney was charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance and traffic charges.
