Fulton man accused of exposing himself at Ft. Massac State Park

A Fulton man was arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a runner in Ft. Massac State Park. 

A woman called Metropolis Police after she said a man exposed himself to her as she was running in the park. She was able to describe the suspect and the car he was driving.

The man, 37-year-old Ronnie C. Brown, had reportedly left the park and was located at a restaurant nearby. Police held Brown there until the victim could positively identify him.

Brown was charged with public indecency and released on bond.
