Florida man busted with cocaine in his car during McCracken County traffic stop

A Florida man was arrested on a cocaine trafficking charge following a traffic stop in McCracken County early Friday morning.

A McCracken County Sheriff's deputy conducted the traffic stop on I-24 around the 9-mile marker at 12:47 am. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 38-year-old Zakkary Harper from St. Petersburg, Florida.

During the stop deputies said they found 14 grams of cocaine inside of the vehicle. Harper was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and no operators license.
