Fire severely damages Princeton home; resident unhurt

A fire severely damaged a home in Princeton on Thursday night.

The Princeton Fire Department said firefighters responded to a structure fire on Center Street that was almost fully involved when they arrived.

They said the person inside the single-story wooden frame home was able to escape unharmed.

One home next door also sustained some damage from the fire.

Firefighters were on the scene of the house fire for about two and a half hours.
