Farmington man jailed on DUI and drug charges

A Farmington man was arrested Friday night after a traffic stop in Graves County.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said 60- year-old Jeffrey E. Fulcher was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence. He was also found to be in possession of a small quantity of crystal methamphetamine.

Fulcher was currently out on bond from a 2025 arrest in Graves County charging him also with possession of meth.  He was lodged at an out-of-county detention center.
