Dorena-Hickman ferry back open after 3 weeks of high water

The Dorena-Hickman ferry is back open today after being closed for three full weeks.

The ferry had been closed since about April 5 due to high water levels on the Mississippi River.

The ferry is operating on its regular spring schedule. The last run from Kentucky is at 5:15 p.m. and last run from Missouri is at 5:30 p.m.
