A disturbance on Sunday in Livingston County led to charges for a Symsonia man.
Livingston County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a home on Clark’s Ferry Road in Ledbetter because a firearm was involved in a disturbance there.
The suspect was determined to be 55-year-old James Willingham III of Symsonia. Willingham was eventually located by deputies and Kentucky State Police troopers in McCracken County.
Willingham was arrested and charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
