Dexter man charged with drug trafficking after stop in Marshall County

A Dexter man was arrested and charged with drug trafficking after a traffic stop in Marshall County.

The stop happened on Sunday along I-24. Marshall County Sheriff's deputies stopped 66-year-old Billy Brandon of Dexter for a traffic violation. A search of the vehicle, though, reportedly uncovered a quantity of methamphetamine.

Brandon was arrested and charged with trafficking in meth along with traffic violations and having no insurance.
