WKDZ reports the Christian County Sheriff's Office says the crash occurred around 11:15 pm, near the 18-mile marker, north of Hopkinsville.
Deputies said Samuel Moore swerved to avoid a deer that ran into his path, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and overturn.
Moore was taken to Jennie Stuart Hospital for treatment of injuries.
