Competency hearing set for Princeton man charged in death of Princeton woman

A competency evaulation has been ordered for a Princeton man accused in the November 22, 2021 death os his girlfriend.

Tommy Dunning appeared for a pretrial conference this week in Caldwell Circuit Court.

Dunning is accused of klling Urusla Hammer at a Coleman Crider Road home.  He's scheduled for another pretrial conference June 4th.

Dunning remains lodged in the Caldwell County Jail on a $1 million cash bond.
