Calloway County teens arrested after threatening photo posted

Two 15-year-olds were taken into custody by the Calloway County Sheriff's Office.

On Wednesday, it was discovered that a picture was posted to the internet depicting what appeared to be a restroom at Calloway County High School. 

Two students could be seen from the waist down. One had what appeared to be a gun in their waistband.

An investigation determined that the gun was a toy, and the picture was from a previous day . 

One of the juveniles was charged with terroristic threatening and the other was charged with complicity to commit terroristic threatening.

Both are in custody, and will be lodged at McCracken County Juvenile Detention Center.
